A Dungeon Crawl is the most basic of adventure types in books and gaming, and is a very popular form of gaming in the Alterverse Role Players Game. Where a character or group of characters delve deep underground to perform a task. This can take place in a Dungeon or a set of caves, or really anyplace underground.
