Also known as the Twelve Holy Governors. These are the ruling body that control the laws, rules and various policies of the kingdom of Amaria. Their current head member is Loranna Highmoon a Holy Priestess. The Twelve Holy Governors are an impartial body and are rumored to be above bribery and corruption.
